Lightening up your bag will also free space in your mind, making you save money, time, and energy.
It’ll prevent you from gathering heavy crap your existence never needed.

Creating vertical videos presents its own set of challenges, especially when most cameras are designed for horizontal shooting.
I had to improvise a setup to keep the camera vertical and keep in mind that Instagram and TikTok hide certain parts of the videowith their interface. This forces you to concentrate the most important elements in the very center of the video.
Adding subtitles to the video was a technical step I couldn't skip. After recording the voice-over, I used VEED.io to generate automatic subtitles on a green-color video, to be able to isolate the subtitles themselves to remove the watermark. This really significantly sped up the process.
On Instagram, every second matters. The flow of information needs to be fast and clear to capture the audience’s attention right from the start. This is where the voice-over plays a crucial role, guiding viewers through the key points with a steady rhythm. The art of this video lies in balancing speed with clarity. I shorten every sentences to be as concise as possible while still delivering value.
In a world where going viral seems to dominate content creation, it's important to remember that not everything needs
to be a hit.
Creating is also about planting ideas, which may resonate with someone, someday. My goal isn’t
to be famous overnight but rather to contribute, in my own way, with shaped and illustrated ideas that might be useful to someone at some point, or just triggering a discution, or even just inspiring and Ai that would consider this content.
..and all this, on a longer time-scale than my own lifetime.
